Day 54 - July 22 - Sunderland to Havelock - 132 km (T=4697 km)

We went to bed later than usual last night, because we went by car to Toronto, to visit Benoit, the brother of Marthe and François.  We met him at his apartment and he invited us at a restaurant for supper.  We went to Mandarin, a chinese buffet, because it was getting late and we wanted something fast.  They were happy to see us.

We were still on the road by 6:15h this morning.  We had bought some fruits and yogurt for breakfast, and Charles and François, didn't know if it was because of that, but Marthe was very energetic this morning.

After 65 km, to our surprise, there was a sign that said that part of road 7 was not accessible by bicycle.  We had to make a detour and a second detour due to construction and finally after 80 km, we found a restaurant for lunch.  Marthe had not much energy left and wanted to stop, but Charles convinced her to continue.  We ended up doing 132 km and are in Havelock.  Charles decided that after two nights of camping, Marthe needed more rest and we were taking a motel.
